Stranger on a bench

This is based on a photo I took in Hong Kong. It’s a bit of research for a style I plan to use in oil, for painting characters we just see on the streets and don’t pay much attention to.

2 hours, photoshop.

  1. Very nice. Its good to see how loose you kept the painting although its a two hours piece. I love his hands gesture.. you can really feel him pouring tic-tacs or something like that to his palm.

  2. Great colors! and i love the expression on the character. a sort of high tech lunch time loneliness. I’d love to see the rest of the series.
